The prices we provide online are all binding, as long as the goods declared by the user are transported. If for any reason the details of the goods change (for example, a transport of 2 pallets is ordered and ends up being 3 pallets), the price will be invoiced proportionally and the final price will be formalized according to the accepted terms and conditions.

We are specialists in groupage or fractional cargo (LTL - Less Than Truckload) for shipments throughout Europe, carrying out transports both through our network of agents and correspondents, as well as direct by truck, delivering with the same vehicle we load. We also manage full loads (FTL - Full Truckload) according to our clients' needs.

Once you get your online rate, you can hire the shipment directly through our online platform following the simple steps indicated, or if you prefer you can do it by email, responding to the rate that you can send yourself from our website.
You can track your shipment in real time through your customer area on our platform. We assign a unique tracking number for each shipment, and in your customer area you have access to all your transports.
Required documentation may vary depending on origin, destination and type of goods. Generally, a goods delivery note is required, danger letters when the shipment is ADR (dangerous material). Commercial invoice and packing list are also required when dealing with shipments to third countries outside the European Union, such as England, Andorra, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia... among others. In some cases, specific customs documentation is also necessary. Our platform will guide you through the process online so you can upload everything you need.

Your goods are insured at all times under the mandatory transport insurance (L.O.T.T. for national transport and CMR for international transport). Even so, these coverages are not always sufficient, so we offer different goods insurance options to give you greater peace of mind.
