What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used, for example, to keep you logged in, remember your preferences or know how many people visit a page.
Who is responsible
The controller of this website's own cookies is ExE Global Forwarders, S.L. (NIF B02702413), Calle Marina 16-18, Planta 27, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. You can write to us at hello@instantfreight.ai.
How your choice works
The first time you visit, we show you a notice with two options:
- OK: you accept all the cookies described in this policy.
- Decline: no cookies are set apart from those necessary for the website to work.
Until you choose, no cookies are set apart from the necessary ones either. Your choice applies to all categories at once. We keep your acceptance for 1 year and your rejection for 6 months; after that we will ask you again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). If you block the necessary ones, some parts of the website, such as the customer area, may not work.
Third-party cookies and international transfers
Some cookies are set by other companies: Google (Analytics and YouTube), Microsoft (Clarity), Datadog and Leadfeeder. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can check how they process data in their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use or their purpose, we will update this page and ask for your consent again.
