What is a charter party?
It is a contract for the hire of a complete vessel between the shipowner (owner of the ship) and the charterer (your company). It gives you the control and capacity to move your massive cargo efficiently and securely. Depending on the type of goods, there are also different types of charters

Voyage Charter: choose this if...

You are willing to manage and pay for variable costs (fuel, port charges).
Ideal for: Companies with constant and recurring cargo flows, such as large oil or mining companies.
Bareboat Charter: choose this if...
You are looking for total control of the vessel, as if it were your own.
You have the capacity to hire your own crew and manage maintenance.
You are thinking about a long-term solution.
Ideal for: Large companies with experience in maritime management.
